How an Engagement Works
- Week 0
- One 20-minute call — you tell us where the chaos is; we quote one fixed monthly figure. No hourly meters, no surprises.
- Week 1–2
- Catch-up & clean-up — most books arrive messy; that’s normal, and it’s priced into the quote. We rebuild the backlog until the numbers tie out.
- Monthly
- The rhythm — transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, payroll ran, books closed, report delivered. You’ll stop noticing it, which is the point.
- Quarterly
- The look ahead — forecasts and budgets reviewed against reality; the conversation shifts from ‘what happened’ to ‘what’s next.’
- April
- The non-event — tax season arrives and nothing dramatic happens, because the books were closed all year.
