One 20-minute call — you tell us where the chaos is; we quote one fixed monthly figure. No hourly meters, no surprises.
Catch-up & clean-up — most books arrive messy; that’s normal, and it’s priced into the quote. We rebuild the backlog until the numbers tie out.
The rhythm — transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, payroll ran, books closed, report delivered. You’ll stop noticing it, which is the point.
The look ahead — forecasts and budgets reviewed against reality; the conversation shifts from ‘what happened’ to ‘what’s next.’
