What does Fluxser cost?
A fixed monthly quote after one 20-minute call about your business. The number you agree to is the number you pay — questions, emails and messy months included.
Do I have to switch accounting software?
No. We work in QuickBooks, Xero and Sage; whichever you already use stays where it is.
My books are a disaster. How bad is too bad?
There’s no “too bad.” Catch-up bookkeeping is where most engagements start — we rebuild the backlog, then keep you on the monthly rhythm.
Which services can I combine?
Any of the ten, in any combination — most clients start with bookkeeping plus one or two others and add as the value shows.
Where are you located?
Sugar Land, Texas — working remotely with businesses across the United States, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 CST.
How do I reach you?
Email (sales@fluxser.com) and the consultation form — a real person reads both. No phone trees, because there’s no phone tree.
How fast do you respond?
Promptly and personally — and if something needs time, you’ll hear that honestly rather than silence.
Who actually does the work?
The same person, month after month — someone who knows your business, not a rotating queue.

Almost certainly. We work with businesses across retail, e-commerce, healthcare practices, law firms, construction, real estate, restaurants and hospitality, manufacturing, technology, marketing agencies, logistics, non-profits and education — the monthly rhythm fits almost any business. What DON’T you do?
We don’t do audits or legal opinions, we don’t promise refunds or outcomes nobody can promise, and we won’t claim credentials on a website instead of showing you directly.
Why are there no testimonials on this site?
Because we won’t invent them. Real client words appear when real clients agree to be quoted — and not a moment before.
